Good roof coatings rely on preparation. Before any coating is applied, we check the roof condition and complete the cleaning and repair work needed to create a sound surface.

Our five-step process:

1. Inspection and cleaning — we assess the roof and remove dirt, moss and loose surface debris.
2. Tile repairs — damaged tiles are repinned or replaced where required.
3. Fungicidal wash — the roof is treated to help prevent moss, algae and organic growth returning.
4. Two coloured coating layers — we apply two Resitex Roof Proof coloured coats for an even protective finish.
5. Silicone weatherproof barrier — the final silicone coating helps seal and protect the roof from the elements.
