- Raise the existing pitch by using new 75mm x 25mm timbers
- Add new breathable felt complete with 100mm Rockwool insulation and 25mm x 50mm battens
- Supply and fit new PVCu fascia’s and guttering
- Fit Metrotile light weight roofing tiles available in a range of colours
We can also update your existing roof with new Roofline products if required. All our work is fully guaranteed.
We use Metrotile lightweight roofing tiles which come in a range of tile colours and carry a 40-year guarantee.

It may be that your roof is sound and all that is required is a Roof Refurbishment. We will carry out a full inspection of the roof and where necessary will repin or replace tiles that are damaged. We will clean the roof, apply a special coating and finally a silicone spray coating to weatherproof and protect your roof:
Our five-step process:
- Inspect and clean the roof
- Replace any damaged tiles with new
- Apply fungicidal wash
- Apply two Resitex Roof Proof coloured coats
- Finally, seal the roof with a silicone weatherproof barrier
